Hillary Kieft gave a strong and fervent speech at Parliament during the March for Life on Saturday 9th December.
Kieft is a passionate mother with a determination to speak up for teenagers who are taken, during school hours, for abortions without their parent’s knowledge.
As a sixteen year-old, Hillary had an abortion. “I was young, I was scared, and I was selfish” she recounted.
“It took me 20 years to overcome and come to a place of healing.”
Pointing out that it is Jesus who gives hope, Hillary directed her words to those who may be suffering as she declared “Jesus will give you hope, and He will give you freedom and He will give you peace. He is the way.”
To conclude Kieft urged the crowd to “stand proud and be the voice and be what God has called you to be.”
